The process was very easy, but the offer was laughable. I had sent in a 18K gold pendant from Egypt and a quarter carat wedding set with 14K gold. Researched the pendant to be $200, the quarter carat diamond to be $300 and gold to be $100. That is $600 at the low end. They offered me $116 total. I called and told them I was laughing and then they offered me $244. Still laughing but I needed the money.
