Save yourself the hassle and heartache. Don't think that saving $100 with Vayama will get you anywhere! We booked a flight to Paris and Spain for an April 2014 departure via Vayama thinking that we were going to save a couple hundred dollars, but when we had to change the dates because of a family emergency, we called the airline to extend our reservation. The airline told us that they would gladly extend until March 2015. Vayama told us different. Vayama told us that we had until June 2014 to take our flight (with fees) or we were going to lose all our money. ARE YOU KIDDING ME VAYAMA? What kind of b.s. is that? You need to respond back with an explanation for our flight rebooking discrepancy. GIVE US OUR MONEY BACK or let us extend our flight! Their ridiculous fees and policies are the trademark of thieves and companies that only exist to take your money. They need to amp up their customer service and stop feeding us canned answers. This is NOT RIGHT and we will be taking this to BBB if this is not resolved immediately. Vayama- If you're going to try to live up to your standard of being an "accredited business" don't send one of your representatives to give us another canned response about your "policy." You need to give us a valid explanation for the discrepancy and adhere to the airline's willingness to let us extend our flight until March 2015.
