This is correct that this company is out of business. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY OR ADVANTAGE FOAM ROOFING. ADVANTAGE does not honor warranties from AFFORDABLE FOAM. I had roof from Affordable and had to call another foam roof company to repair roof (they had to take roof off completely to fix it - I ended up paying double) Advantage didn't respond to repeated calls to fix my roof.
STAY AWAY FROM ADVANTAGE.
