I am not sure why Lynnette S had such a bad experience with Bay View Law Group. I worked with their Expert Debt affiliate to get signed up. I have no complaints and my husband and I have been getting excellent results on our settlements. There are downsides to doing the debt settlement program though....our credit rating did go down, but now that the debts are getting settled, our credit rating is improving. The creditor phone calls are easily the worst part of this whole process, but the firm provided us with a phone device that helped with the creditors calling us. The pros and the cons of the program were explained to us in detail and we are extremely thankful that Bay View Law Group.
