Our experience with Care Plus Financial has been a nightmare. We signed on with them for the home buyers program. It took 11 months for us to be able to purchase our first home. They told us the closing date would be the 16th of Dec. and was guarenteed to be in our home for Christmas. After 42 days of waiting for the closing and getting nowhere. They have put us off won't return phone calls and keep making excuses for changing the closing dates and won't give us a reason for the changes. Not only were we told that we would be in our house by christmas, our daughter quit her job, we have changed her school, changed our adress, and told our current landlord that we would be moving. We only had a small time frame to be into our new house because on the road and my wife is disabled. Now the added expense that we have to pay is about $3000. I just feel that anyone who is going to use this company should be aware of the added expense that it will cost to go through this company and how you will be ignored and treated like they don't want your business. Don't expect quick results.
