WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

My order started out like most reviews I have read... the shipping cost shows up after the credit card information is entered. Surprise! I ordered two cell phone covers on Dec. 6th. Received my order confirmation saying an email would be sent when shipped. Dec. 12th I had not heard a word. Decided to call to check on my order. The phone number listed is answered by a recording saying all matters are now handled digitally, no phone. So I emailed asking the status and promptly received an email saying my order had shipped. The next day it was in my mailbox. Problem was, I only received one cell phone cover, but it wasn't the one I ordered. I emailed again explaining the problem. I received a reply that they had oversold the one cover and we should choose something else. No word about the wrong one received. I asked them to contact me to resolve these issues. NO RESPONSE. That same day my credit card was billed for the whole order. As of today I called my credit card company to dispute this charge. Moral of the story... We should read reviews before ordering.
