Terrible. My husband had an existing lease here for 2 bmw's, 7 years.
Recently a salesperson reached out and offered that my husband should come in and look at new cars, even though my husband has 12 months left on his current lease.
Century West BMW sold my husband a new 335i, and viewed, and approved all paperwork for the new car. Century also viewed and approved the return of his current bmw lease on a 330i, and even charged my husband for "dings" and minor body damage / end of lease.
My husband drove off the lot and the deal was done. or so we thought.
3 days later the salesperson emailed my husbands business partner claiming the deal was off.
My husband went to speak to the GM and salesperson who offered no explanation or apology for having wasted so much time, angst and frustration. Legally, Century West also approved the new lease and the return on the old lease.
My husband, having been a 7 year customer, was appalled that luxury dealership would conduct business this way.
it was unethical, unprofessional and mis-manage
