I agree with the idea of no stars on this company. My husband and I hired them in August 2009 and were hoping something would happen to help us out of a pickle after my husband was layed off and we lost 2/3 of our income. At first we were very please with their service, even though it seemed a little slow.
Since the person assigned to our case left the firm in November 2009, they have done little but fail to respond to multiple email and phone calls, and even the CEO himself cannot seem to get his staff to respond to contact even after telling them to URGENTLY call us back. The little contact we did have was either empty reassurance or requesting documents we had already provided and signed. We feel duped, angered, and saddened that this company is so poor at business they cannot have even the common courtesy to return phone calls. We thought they could be trusted since we heard about them after an inteview with an upstanding Christian radio host. I guess we were wrong. Now I just want my money back and am trying to find any LEGAL and LEGITIMATE way of doing that, unlike this firm who has made off with my money and nothing to show for it.
Also in reading a blog today from a person who claimed to be a former employee, I found out the firm was not regularly paying some of its staff. I do not know if that is true, but it is yet another thing to make you think twice.
