The company website www.crunchlessabs.com is misleading and tricks you into unknowingly enrolling in a program that sends you DVDs continually and bills your credit card continually. This is not clear at all when you place an order for an initial DVD. They offer a refund, of stuff you never ordered but are billed for, and they do not refund shipping or the cost you incur to send the items back. It would cost me the 6.99 shipping and another circa 6.99 to send it back, and this is for items I did not order! Thus, the initial purchase of a DVD plus shipping at 19.99, ends up costing you $46.97 because within 60 days they send you another DVD set for 19.99 plus 6.99 shipping. Included in the second "surprise" shipment is notice that the company will be charging you again for 19.99 in 30 days (it does not say whether that 3rd charge comes with any product). The customer ends up paying for items not ordered.
