I just purchased a car from Express Repo Auto 2 weeks ago, and so far the car is working fine (Thank the Lord. When we bought the car the passenger side door handle was not opening the door from the inside, we told them and i had them put it in writing that they would fix the door. I had them write in on all of my receipts as well as my contract. I took the car back the following monday and the mechanic fixed the door with no problem. The issue occurred when the owner called the mechanic and told him to take out the tracking device. We had no idea there was even a tracking device in the car, so when he went from the passenger side to under the steering wheel we asked him what he was doing and he said the owner called and told him to remove it. Well when were they gonna tell us that since we paid cash we didnt need the device? They weren't they were just gonna take it, needless to say this led to a argument with the owner and dave who sold me the car. The mechanic was the nicest person we dealt with there. So if there are any issues with the car dont blame the mechanic...blame the other people that work in the office. They even tried to blame the secretary that works there by telling me that she was supposed to tell me that there is a tracking device on the car that you dont need, instead of them coming clean and saying ...'hey, its our fault we should have told you'. dont place blame!! Wont be buying a car from them again! But i do love my car!!
