It was a pleasure working with Timo Ketola and his team at the Foreclosure Recovery Group. Having to short sale our property was not an easy decision but one we had to make - recently my husband became disabled and I was now his care giver and financial manager of our home. Because my husband managed our finances, there were times when I didn't have or couldn't find certain information required for the short sale. Timo was very helpful in guiding me through these types of situations. Timo's experience and professionalism turned a very stressful situation into a managable experience. Any concerns or questions I had concerning the shortsale process were answered completely and usually immediately. He gave me complete and honest answers to my questions and I felt that I was in very capable hands. I would recommend Timo Ketola to anyone who needs professional assistance in this type of situation. All communications were done via phone or email - it would be nice to meet him some day!
