I purchased a Yamaha flute online with Instrumental Savings, and I had some questions that I needed to speak to the store about. Through a number of phone calls, I always got a very knowledgeable , helpful and professional response. The product was brand
new and exactly as ordered, and they went out of their way to ship the flute to me on time as we were traveling and had a time constraint. It is also bonus that their prices are competitive. A very professional and customer friendly store and I would strongly
