I found LP Roofing on the BBB's site and called owner Leonard Padilla to ask for an estimate on a new roof. I had two other estimates and found his right in the middle. He has years of experience.
He arrived on time. I was impressed that he answered all my questions. He was courteous and professional, as, I later found, were his crew members.
Leonard or his wife Virginia called me to tell me when the crew would arrive--and even called on a rainy day to tell me they would not. They kept the work site clean and were considerate of my neighbors' parking needs.
My husband and I were very impressed by the quality of the work and the professionalism of the workers. We highly recommend LP Roofing.
