Well here we go.
Omar showed up offering to do this and that for free "ohh I throw that in for free" but even on his bid sheet he clearly stated that he would REMOVE and REPLACE whole patio. Anyway he did the concrete but he never cleaned up and now cant get a hold of him to pick up the big chunk's of concrete he left in my backyard. he also said i will be back on friday to get it....haven't heard from him since. he wont return phone calls nothing! just a very bad businessman. Just pay alittle more and get someone with a license. Oh yeah i just received lien papers because the money i paid him, some was for the concrete he poured. I got a check printout that's not mine in my mailbox with NSF on it. and now there coming after me for about $600. This guy is full of himself!!! Don't get him U will lose out in the end!
