Company Exceeded My Expectations.

I was called and agreed to a 30 minute overview of the product and an evaluation of my internet presence. Much to my surprise the saleswoman was here for over an hour. OK, that was about the only 'issue' that I recall, (and it was my lunch hour) but had I asked her to leave and had she not politely responded to all of my objections and questions, I would have missed a valuable opportunity!
The thing is I had always been diligent about my web site and even spent some money a few years ago with SEO, but it had been a while since I had any kind of attention to detail as far as my online placement on Google, Bing, Yahoo etc. After some discussion and many questions, all answered, I decided to sign up and thought at best it would improve my online standing/page rankings. The results? Low and behold as I asked my office manager to read me the numbers and response from the new patient enrollment form we have everyone fill out, within 4 months 'we found you online' was second on the list where as before it was not in the 5 categories we usually see (print, broadcast, direct mail, etc).
So far 39 *new patients* in the past year from both web search and banner ad/video ads from NALA. Needless to say we are renewing. The price points at about $275 monthly, including a dental video, banner ads and the web search placement results and other membership benifits is more than reasonable considering a new patent has the potential ROI of about $1500 annually. NALA works for us and dealing with these folks has been fairly easy.
