Please be advised that I have had a terrible experience with this moving company. At first they promised me the world and the greatest of service, only to find out later that they are a broker company and had farmed their services to another unknown company. After they collect their deposit they leave you hanging in the dark with the other company they subcontract for your move. Then to only to find out there are other hidden charges different from those in the initial contract. I will never recommend this company to anyone. Moving a household is valuable and a serious thing and this company dropped the ball when it came to coordinating and following-up with a good job of completion, they literally dropped the ball. All they are interested is in your money, you and your household mean nothing to them...Terrible customer service. You are better off saving the money and moving yourself. I am now trying to recovery and claim all of the damages the other company (South Movers) also out of Pompano Beach, Fl. and recover from the grief/hell they put me and my family through. I do not have high hopes they will solve my problem. Look elsewhere, do not fall for the low bid/cost.
