ABSOLUTELLY THE BEST MOVE I EVER HAD!
My aunt moved to Austin last year and used Prestige for her move, she said they were good and also a bunch of people from her work used them and all were happy. I called them and I really wanted to get someone to come to my house and take a look at everything I've got, unfortunately I was moving from Yuma so they couldn't sent anyone that far. I sat for a few days trying to sort out from all the moving bids I was bombarded with, and in reality only one company was willing to send me someone on site but they were outrageously expensive. Enough said, I called my aunt and I told her - Its on you.. I called them back and I spoke to Alex, who was so professional and patient with me, she went over every single item I was moving and stayed on the phone for 45 minutes trying to narrow down the best price for me. At the end I booked them in for a move on Friday 02/04, and a delivery to LA on Sunday 02/06 - I could not believe it I was finally moving to CA :). The guys showed up on Friday, packed me up, loaded everything on their truck and off to LA. On Sunday morning they knocked on my door. I still have some unpacking to do(of course), but everything was delivered as promised - no gimmicks... no surprises.
I called my aunt of course to thank her for the tip, but I have no bad words to say. The workers were very nice and courteous. My sales rep was awesome and the movers on both ends were polite and professional.
I give them 150%
