I wish I could give ProStores a negative 5 stars, because I have never before witnessed such bad business practices. Their website offers free promotions and then charges you for them without your consent or authorization. And since they own PayPal too, there is virtually no way to get your money back. I waited on the phone with customer service for almost an hour before I got someone in India who did not understand what I was saying and then transferred me back to hold. I was then bumped to the back of the hold line and told that my call would be "answered in the order it was received." I hung up in the meantime and tried their email support. They say they will get back to you in 24 hours which is also a lie. The situation has not been resolved and I doubt it will be. Do not use ProStores under any circumstances. While their promotions may look tempting, you will pay for it in the end in time and frustration.
