Reboot continuously, tech support non existent

For two months everything was fine. Then it started dropping 6+ times Aday. Tech support told me it wasn’t my equipment even though they wouldn’t send anyone to check it. They told me it was because of school kids being on line. But that didn’t make sense because neighbors were not having the issue and it was happening overnight.
