the refund was a start but considering that some where along the line i am out the money that it cost me to fix a problem that your teks said they fixed or your tek's brought on. If you fix something and are paid for it and it is not fixed than you have in fact committed a fraud. the bottom line here is that your teks removed or shut down programs that they had no business touching and failed to remove problem that occured and making things worse. Here is a good line "End User License Agreement" -now there is a oxy moron. Since you have denied that your teks caused a major problem that they were suppose to fix.

So now since you are not able to take responsibility for there actions you would in turn blame the problem on me, "direct action from the computer user that allows the installation of the application and therefore bypassing any security program that is installed. To compound matters, Misleading applications often download other installed. That is lame even for anyone, company or other wise to say, but hey what does your company care anyway.

The fact is that shutting down programs and dowloading programs by your teks could have damage my system and your statement should read " In-direct action from the norton/symantec teks users that allows the installation of the application and therefore by passing any security program that is installed. To compound matters, Misleading applications often download other installed. This is more likely how the situation that occured.

More fact than fiction, Well you have "respectfully denied" to pay for the damage that your teks caused.

With all do respect, that bullcrap and you know it. The fact that your teks are not even in the united states makes it extremely hard for you to tell me that they did not cause the problems or after maths as we will call them now. The fact that they are there is the only reason that i am dealing with you, other wise I have their butts booted from a standing positions.

We could go around and around with this situation all day long and for weeks at a time. They screwed up but you dont want to amitt it and you sure as Hell are not going to blame me. Since i can not see your face when you are talking to me to tell if you are crapping in my yard or not, we have a problem.

Since you company course of action has caused me undo and not needed expenses in have to have someone else come in and clean up your teks mess. I am left with looking at some other options that i can use under both county law and Tennessee law. I did not want to go this route and thought that it could get settled through you but i was wrong.
Your company teks represent you, and they screwed up and cause problems to the point of having to have someone else come in and correct their mistakes and fix the problem that your teks were suppose to fix in the first place, that sound right.
I think that to settle this to a satifactory out come, or I will start the process of a formal complaint to the Tennessee State Attny General office.

I take that as a personally damaging insult I will not stand for it and deal with it with actions accordingly...Sorry it had to come to this but with all do respect and no matter what you say or how you say it. You are there to protect your company and according to you they did nothing wrong. It hard to tell when you are 7500 miles away...huh..
