Joel,
When I spoke to you on Wednesday 2/10 it was indicated that you had these printers
in stock and ready to go, and that it could ship the next day. In fact that was one
of the several things you instructed me to note in the memo section of the online
ordering form so it would be sure to happen. Because it could ship the next day
I went ahead and ordered it…
I checked online not the next day (Thursday), but on Friday afternoon to get the
tracking number only to find that the order was still “pending”. When I called
you on Friday evening you told me it “had to be refurbished” because all printers
have to be refurbished before they can ship.
You then said it would ship no later than Monday (yesterday).
I have to tell you that I am disappointed.
1 – I would have ordered from someone else if I could not have it ship when promised.
2 – I know it was to be a refurbished printer, but every impression given was that
these were (already)“refurbished printers ready to ship”.
3 – That printer would have arrived by now if this transaction had proceeded as indicated.
I am of the hope that you will correct this situation by shipping that printer no later
Than tomorrow, and that you will ship it 2 day so it arrives quickly. And that it
still ships free as you had indicated.
When the printer ships please make sure that the invoice is included in the packaging
and that the invoice clearly states the printer carries the 6 month warranty I was given.
I would also like you to put some notes on it specifically detailing the parts & labor
performed in the refurbishing process.
Please provide me with the FEDEX tracking number by noon tomorrow CST.
