I do not have any outstanding debt and yet this company calls me several times a week. They use an auto-dialer and recorded message claiming to have "spoken" with me about my debt....
The names they have given are John Phillips of section 408 and Brian CCS and the phone number 1-800-374-1414. The caller ID gives me the name Firstcall and the number 978-570-2201.
I have called several times and recieved a mailbox is full announcement. When I finally got through I asked to have my number removed from thier list and was hung up on. I did this 5 times and then decided to "play along". I told them I had a 140k mortgage debt I was behind on as well as an outstanding credit card debt of 80k. They asked a few questions such as am I employed and why I need loan help. I was eventully put through to Kelly Cowell a "Certified Hardship Paralegal" working for the United Law Group. I eventually told him I do not have debt but I now have the information I need thank you and I hung up.
For real: United Law Group uses a call center that generates business by using a random auto-dialer and false recordings.
Legitimate Business?? You decide.
