I was a student at the Rancho UTI campus up until about a little over a month ago. I was forced to withdraw and attempt to move up north and re-enroll at the Sacramento campus. Before I left, I was told that all of my financial aid requirements were met and that I could do a, "seamless" transfer to the new campus. When I got to the campus in Sacramento I was surprised to discover that in order to enroll in the Sacramento campus, I would need to pay an additional 840.00 a month for approx 12 months. Since the reason I left the Rancho campus in the first place was financial, unable to find employment even with the "help" of the UTI employment services department, the decision was made that I would have to come back since school was already paid for. When I returned I was then told by financial aid at the Rancho campus that I would need to pay 3190.24 to get re-enrolled. BOTH campuses failed to mention ANYTHING about classes costing more. I feel, along with many others at the school, that we are getting ripped off. No one seems to care what happens to you once they get your money. This was supposed to be a way for me to find a new career. The day after I submit this, I will be homeless. Thank you UTI.
